梨山高段茶場，山間早晨雲霧繚繞，細微霧氣緩緩滋潤，土壤地力豐沛，茶樹健壯，孕育茶菁養分充足，山氣繚繞，蘊含豐沛山葒氣韻！





製程：


高冷茶區日照不足，日光萎凋多難以完整進行！特等茶師藝高人膽大！ 使用一般製茶師不敢使用的熱能萎凋技術，以熱能輔助導入日光，進入細胞壁，使高山霜氣與豐厚茶質緩緩交融，再進入室內以21度低溫緩慢發酵，抽絲剝繭，最後再以月光萎凋結尾，吸納日、月、星、高山精華，融合萃化為珍貴山葒氣韻，賜名「山葒」，敬邀共享。






滋味：


山葒氣韻，專業品茶人士或評審皆知，乃好茶經過細膩萎凋，抽絲照料發酵後，因其精華所產生的極細珍貴氣韻緩緩啜飲，山葒氣飽滿綿密，花果香迷人，喉韻深長，兩頰生津回味！
